Fitted slip

The fitted slip I received is very well made and fits perfectly! However, it does not work with my wedding dress and need to return it. I am unable to find return instructions and did not receive a receive a receipt for my purchase.

Slip 1009

I had reached out to customer service for guidance on what size to order. Even then, the chart was not entirely accurate when I compared it to the product I received and they would not exchange it (per their policy). I don’t understand the policy about “hygiene” if it’s a slip, like a dress. Even with my best efforts, customer service would exchange the product and I will not be using it for my wedding. Also, I asked about the specifics on the material and I didn’t receive specifics on %. Even though the material is very soft, it’s not Spanx. Hope it helps!
