Due to many of our pieces being handmade we can only offer STORE CREDIT on eligible returns within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise not noted. No refunds will be issued.

Returns for Store Credit are permitted on full priced Jewelry, Headpieces and Combs that have been authorized through our return center and arrive packaged in ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please do package with care - we are a small family run business and any returned items will return to our inventory for another customer. Please note some of our Lux Made to Order headpieces cannot be returned - please contact before purchasing with any questions. 

SELECT PARTY DRESSES - 7 DAY RETURN WINDOW
Please check all descriptions to see if your dress is eligible for a return within 7 days of receiving. Some dresses, such as our couture pieces, are Final Sale and will be noted in the description.

All dresses in the After Party Couture collection are handmade to order and therefore FINAL SALE

ALL FINAL SALE - CANNOT BE RETURNED These items are Final Sale and cannot be returned due to the custom and handmade nature of the products and because they are made to order and/or Limited Edition.

All sale items are final sale as these products are deeply discounted and cannot be returned.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty you must notify info@untamedpetals.com within 7 days of receiving the item so we can remedy the issue either with a return, exchange or repair. Once the return label is issued the faulty item must be postmarked within 7 days of label receipt.
