We understand it is difficult to purchase accessories online, so please feel free to contact us and ask any questions you may have before purchasing. Returns can only be accepted on certain items. Most returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee due to the handmade nature of the product. Please carefully review our policies before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges are permitted with a 15% restocking fee. Item must be returned (postmarked) within within 7 days of receiving.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty you must notify info@untamedpetals.com within 7 days of receiving the item so we can remedy the issue either with a return, exchange or repair. Once the return label is issued the faulty item must be postmarked within 7 days of label receipt.
