All Eligible returns can be made within 14 days for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY due to the handmade and small batch nature of our designs. Please read carefully to confirm eligibility.

What are your return policies?

For all eligible items, we offer store credit or exchange ONLY within 14 days of delivery. All original packaging, including branded materials like gift boxes, pouches, tags, earring cards etc, must be included with your return. Please, pack with care. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, stained or altered in any way. 

What items cannot be returned?

Sale/Sample Sale: Cannot be returned as these items are deeply discounted and/or discontinued. These items are marked as Final Sale on the Shipping and Returns section of the product page.

Please note, ALL Sample Sale items are as-is. They have been used in photoshoots and/or are a studio sample and may show signs of wear and therefore, priced accordingly. Please ask all questions for purchasing. Thank you! 

Can I exchange my item?

Can I cancel/change my order?
