30 DAY RETURN WINDOW (Not Valid for Black Friday Deals or any discounted items):
Returns for Store Credit & Exchanges are permitted on full priced Jewelry, Headpieces and Combs as long as they are returned (postmarked) within 30 days of package delivery and arrive packaged in ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please do package with care - we are a small family run business and any returned items will return to our inventory for another customer. Please note some of our Lux Made to Order headpieces cannot be returned - please contact before purchasing with any questions.
VEILS, BELTS, ROBES & DENIM:
ALL FINAL SALE - CANNOT BE RETURNED These items are Final Sale and cannot be returned due to the custom and handmade nature of the products and because they are made to order.
FINAL SALE & SAMPLE SALE:
All sale items are final sale as these products are deeply discounted and cannot be returned.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty you must notify firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item so we can remedy the issue either with a return, exchange or repair. Once the return label is issued the faulty item must be postmarked within 7 days of label receipt.

Please note we are not responsible for lost and stolen packages due to unsafe shipping locations. If you live somewhere where a package may be left outside please make sure to contact us so we can require a signature.
