Little disappointed

I know I purchase what is called a sample veil but I wish it was a little cleaned up and maybe put in nicely when it came to packaging. But also I wish the comb part to the veil was not bent and crossed over. I thought by sample it would have been like something they use for people to try on or take pictures with still in nice shape but the comb part is what I’m more disappointed about. I’m scared to untwist the comb and then they break.
