Beautiful but unwearable

While this is such a beautiful necklace, it is so tight that it's not wearable. I have an average sized neck and own other chokers so i dont understand why it's so small. It's so tight that i can barely get it clasped, and when i finally did, it wouldn't lie flat and was too tight to be comfortable/wearable anyway. Im so sad as i was so excited to wear this on my wedding day. Even more disappointing is it's neither exchangable or refundable. Total bummer.
