unfortunately the necklace and charms are so so cheap looking. the gold in some spots chipped off after just wearing it twice on the butterfly charm i got :( i am super sad as my total for this order was nearly $200. gold plated is one thing, but when its brass underneath and not silver it just is so cheap and worth a literal fraction of the price. I wish it at least looked nice but it looks like it was made across seas and bagged in cheap plastic baggies and sent to me. I feel totally ripped off. i wish i did research before purchasing this charm bracelet. i assumed i would be getting a higher quality metal for this price and at least better packaging. i also tried to add the “free jewelry box” to my order by signing up for text promos, and the code kept reading “invalid” even though i spent over $100 that the code required. i dont know. in all i feel totally ripped off
