Cute dress (but some sizing issues and high customs fees to Canada)

This dress is super cute and well made (I love that there's boning inside the bust). However, the sizing is totally off. I'm an athletic/curvy US 6-8 and got the medium but I'm swimming in this dress and definitely would have needed the small - so it absolutely runs VERY large. High shipping costs (~$35) + unexpected customs/duties fees (~$20) also brought this dress to over $100 Canadian which wasn't ideal or anticipated. A lovely dress, but wish it fit a little better considering it cost me a fair amount in the end!
