Sorry to hear you don't love your Margo gown! This is one of our most loved party dresses but we completely understand all bodies fit differently.
We have emailed with you a few times and I am sorry to hear our customer service didn't meet your expectations. We do try our best to be as helpful as possible and reply as quickly as possible. Our offices were closed last week due to sever weather so there may have been an unexpected delay in response.
We do try to make our return policy as clear as possible as well even making a mandatory acknowledgment box at checkout which reiterates this. As a small business it is what works best for our small batch designs.
