Love my Kinsley Pin!

I’ve been eyeing Kinsley for my wedding for quite some time, so as soon as it was on sale I snatched it up. The pin is gorgeous and so expensive looking, and the packaging was very cute as well. It arrived promptly, however unfortunately one of the stones fell out during shipment. I emailed Untamed Petals offering to send it back and requesting a new one, and despite being on vacation due to the holidays received a quick response telling me to keep this pin and that they will immediately send a new one.
I was extremely impressed by their customer service and would highly recommend them and of course the beautiful Kinsley.
Can’t wait to wear it for my wedding!
