Very pretty dress!! but runs small

Wish this worked for me. Super nice quality material and color. I honestly think it's made for taller, thinner women aka models. Biggest setback was the waist/torso. I wear anything from an XS to L in dresses - weird I know. This is something that a L or XL might have even been needed for me. For comparison, I'm 5'2" with waist 27/28 and bust 36. I knew it wouldn't be "mini" length on me, but someone else may be expecting that. I think it would be mini length if you're over 5'8".
